5937 Russian troops died in the SMO

New laws are introduced for the partial mobilization
The State Duma of the Russian Federation at the next plenary meeting will consider the issue of introducing the concepts of “mobilization”, “martial law” and “wartime” into the criminal code.

The State Duma and refuseniks took into account, for example, failure to comply with an order given in the prescribed manner, during martial law, in wartime or in conditions of an armed conflict or hostilities, as well as refusal to participate in military actions or hostilities, it is proposed to introduce imprisonment for a period of two to three years.
