There's actually no doubt that Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) has become an ubiquitous conversation in the cryptocurrency space and according to some crypto analysts, NFTs will continue to remain relevant in the crypto space for as long as digital transaction continues to exist.
I've always been wanting to get a taste of Non Fungible Tokens most especially whenever I see people discussing about how they were able to make cool money just by creating, minting and trading Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on supported market place like OpenSea and other platforms. I already had a proper understanding about how NFTs works but it's also quite unfortunate that i couldn't implement or apply this this knowledge due to my lack of capital most especially when it comes to trading on popular NFT market place like Opensea which requires the use of Ethereum (i couldn't just afford that).

All thanks to LOOP DEX for the LOOP Rescue Airdrop distributed to the community via Juno Tools. You can also claim your LOOP Rescue Airdrop by following this guide. I was able to claim 62 USDC worth of LOOP tokens from the Loop Rescue Airdrop.
Another good news is that this same platform launched it's NFT market place last month including it's DEX, all on the Juno blockchain. Then the thought of exploring LOOP Reward NFTs and it market place came into my mind since i already have some available USDC and Juno tokens for transaction on the platform.
My Minting Journey
I decided to take a tour on Loop NFT marketplace and I came across different proposed collections of NFT projects including their launching (minting) dates and this was how i came about minting my first ever NFT known as Tradooors NFT.
Tradooors is an original pixel art collection celebrating the age of crypto traders, Anons, Interns, NFT collectors, and all-around degens pushing Web3 and crypto adoption while sitting behind their laptops in their bedrooms and basements. Bringing together unique utility and skill-based games for a fun, rewarding experience for all holders.
I got a notification from LOOP DEX about Tradoors minting announcement prior to it's launching date. I saw this as an opportunity to utilize the platform to experience what Defi NFT is all about and how such NFT works in the crypto space.

I will be sharing with you my Defi NFT minting experience on Loop and how you can go about minting, trading and staking Defi NFTs on Loop platform. I definitely hope you'll find this educative and remember to make use of the comment section whenever or wherever you experience minting your Defi NFTs on Loop.
Required Steps to Follow When Minting an NFT on LOOP Using Tradooors NFT as a Case Study
The first step is to visit Loop NFT website by copying and pasting the https://nft-juno.loop.markets/ link on your browser. You must also ensure your browser supports the use of extensions because you'll need Keplr wallet to complete most of the transactions here. You can click here to learn more about how to set up your Keplr wallet.
- Click on the connect wallet button as shown in the above image as this will enable you to link your Keplr wallet with LOOP
- Click on the connect Keplr wallet option
- Click on the approve button to link your Keplr and LoopNft wallet
- As you can see from the above screenshot, i already have my Keplr wallet connected to Loop DEX
- After connecting your wallet, you will come across different NFTs available for minting right on the page. The next step is to select the Non Fungible Token you're interested in minting provided you can afford the required minting price.
- As you can see from the above screenshot, the available number of Tradooors NFT items available on Loop Dex was estimated to be 5,678 while 1300+ Tradooors items were globally minted from the total number of available Tradooors NFT. You are allowed to select the amount or quantity of NFTs you intend to mint but you can only mint a maximum of 1000 Tradooors NFT items in this case. Once you're done selecting the quantity required, click on the Mint NFT button.
- Click on the approve button to sign the transaction
Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! I already minted an NFT successfully.
- You can check the NFT transaction status via mintscan as shown in the above image.
That's actually the whole process of minting an NFT on LOOP DEX. You may also want to consider staking your NFT after minting as this helps you to extract the available number of LOOP tokens in the NFT. You can stake your NFTs and earn free LOOP tokens rewards everyday depending on the duration days allocated to the NFT.
Follow the below steps to stake your NFTs on LOOP DEX to start earning LOOP tokens after minting your NFTs.
- Click on my NFTs button to have access to all your available NFTs you earned from minting and trading Non Fungible Tokens on LOOP DEX.
- Click on the stake button

- Authorize the transaction by clicking on the allow button as shown in the above screenshot.
Success!! I already got my NFT staked on the DEX which means I'm able to earn 3.33 LOOP tokens per day for 60 Days.
After exploring Loop NFT Marketplace, i also noticed that users can auction, transfer and sell their NFTs on the platform.
