I was at Budapest Airport on Tuesday, I got there well ahead of my flight, so I had some time to just be and write.
I created a nice plan of topics I want to cover here on BLURT, and I also started to write up a couple of my posts. Then my Word froze, and as I didn't set up autosave for every minute, I lost all the content... Very annoying....
At one of my post I started to elaborate on why I feel weird about writing in English (more to follow on this topic in a later post). I also really hate typing on my phone, as it's slow, my screen also has a crack on it, and I can't see the whole text in one... So writing a longer content requires me to turn my laptop on, and carve out some time for it. It also takes me a quite a long time, as I'm a slow writer (but hey, practice makes perfect).
You can say, excuses, excuses, excuses... which is, in a way can be true, as I know I'm a bit of a procrastinator.
I also fell that I need to learn a little bit more about BLURT. Lovely @petrapurple offered her help in delivering a crush course to me next week, but any of your tips are welcome :)
Although, during my stay back home, I hardly turned my laptop on, I was mostly outside, helped a lot to my parents, did a lot of gardening, met up with friends and family, and spent some quality time in nature. Hiding in my room with my laptop wasn't really appealing to me on a sunny day with 30 degrees outside.
I also felt that I needed a proper break (or reduced hours) from laptops and screens. I spent the past 18 months working sitting in front of a computer all by myself mostly at home (and then 1 day a week from the office), and I've got to say, I got quite tired of it. I also noticed that my eye sight and my posture got worse from this sedately working style. So this time in between my 2 jobs (an amazing 7 weeks) is the perfect opportunity for me to recharge, travel, do things I enjoy and move a bit more.
I did promise myself that I'll be writing more, share my posts and hopefully add value to this platform! So I'm rewriting my plan now.
You might not hear from me every day, but when I write, I'd like to contribute with a quality content of places, food, recipes, nature, health, etc., and also educate myself during the process.

Uff, I feel you. . . Happened to me so many times. . . Very annoying.
Do come 'round this weekend. . . Saturday perhaps?
There is two blurts here. The social blogging part ("Blurt") and then the crypto part "BLURT". There is FAQ for blurt and a readme on github. Could answer some of your questions.
