Can Children Sexually Victimize Adults?

Yep! You read it! The title of my article here may be shocking, but it is for real; and I intend to answer this same question herein. As you read on, you will soon realize that I have very good reasons to present this same question to my readers and offer a response to it.

I mentioned in one of my previous articles that I was not a big fan of the Quora platform. Some of the people who post on the Quora platform are extremely subjective at times, and I question where many of them come up with the kinds of answers that they provide to people who ask questions on that same platform. Nevertheless, once in a while the Quora platform will get an interesting discussion going on after someone asks the million-dollar question about a controversial topic. Well, whenever I come across one of those forums, I take the opportunity to comment about them here on the Blurt writing platform.

A while back I read this one Quora forum in which someone had posted the question of whether it was wrong for him to fantasize about underage teenagers. Instead of chastising this person as I had expected, the people who responded to his question were civil and sensitive about answering it. I don’t necessarily agree with their suggestions that this young man seek professional help, because it is highly debatable whether or not an adult who has a sexual attraction toward an adolescent is equally as certifiable as an adult who is sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children.

Self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts will fiercely argue the point on whether or not an adolescent over the age of 12 is emotionally and psychologically capable of consenting to sexual relations, especially with an adult. They may believe that their position on this argument is a conclusion of fact, but they are wrong in that this issue remains debatable to this very day.

Nevertheless, in the above-aforementioned Quora forum, this one woman named Kristin Barton, who identified herself as a former Behavior Analyst at Integrity Living Options, posted therein:
It is wrong to act out sexually with underage teens. It is wrong to leer at underage teens. It is wrong to make underage teens uncomfortable by sexualizing them. It is wrong to objectify underage teens and forget that older adults cause disgust in underage teens, as teens have their own sexuality and are not attracted to older adults . . .
Really, Ms. Barton? You actually believe that teenagers have their own sexuality and are not attracted to older adults? Well, if that assertion of yours is so, then they could have fooled me.

So many years ago, when I was working at a local government agency in a temporary capacity, there was a gentleman in my office who was in his late sixties and was getting ready to retire soon. His name was Mac. He was quite a character. Whenever his desk phone would ring and he’d answer it only to find out that the person at the other end of the telephone line was a telemarketer, he would tell that person politely in his thick Southern drawl that he or she had reached a government phone line. Then he would quickly hang up the phone on that person. I have to admit that he had me almost breaking into laughter a couple of times.

Mac always had interesting stories to tell me about the events that had taken place in his office up to that point in time. One story that he had told me particularly caught my interest in that it had to do with a 57-year-old maintenance man in that office who one time had been assigned to do repairs at a girls’ juvenile detention facility nearby. I don’t remember what the man’s name was, but, for purposes of this article, I’m going to refer to him as Leroy.

Mac explained to me that even though the girls’ juvenile detention facility in our county had an all-female work staff, including the guards, the outsiders that kept up the facility could have been either male or female. Leroy went over to that facility to perform repairs throughout it as directed. He had no reason to believe that he was going to encounter any problems, because, as far as he was concerned, female juveniles tended to be less violent and difficult than male juveniles in those kinds of places. However, Leroy had no idea what was awaiting him there.

After Leroy entered the facility and began performing maintenance, a young girl who was incarcerated there walked up to him and began a conversation with him. According to Mac, this girl might not have been any older than 14 or 15 years old, if not younger, but she was clearly a minor in any event. Leroy would not have had any reason to believe that this young girl was being anything but friendly with him once he heard her speak to him. However, after he politely looked up at her to respond back to her, he was shocked to find out that she was completely naked and that she was apparently looking for more than just a conversation with him.

Leroy completely freaked out. Then he quickly grabbed all his tools, stuck them back in his toolbox, and raced out of the girls’ juvenile detention facility without completing his tasks. Mac didn’t tell me what events took place afterwards. Anyhow, it was apparent that the situation could have really spiraled out of control if Leroy had not quickly exited the premises as he did. It obviously didn’t seem to bother the young girl that Leroy was possibly older than her father.

Also, let’s not pretend that temptation was not staring Leroy in the face. It may have been the only time beyond his fortieth birthday that a girl that young had made sexual advances at him, but it was no fluke. This young girl had more in mind for him than just a friendly conversation between a teenage kid and a significantly older man.

I will not deny that Leroy did the right thing by bailing out of that situation as quickly as he could. He could have lost his job for abandoning his duties that one time. However, he likely felt that he had no other alternative but to do so, because he wasn’t going to wait for that young girl to start putting her hands all over him.

I vaguely recall that Mac had told me that Leroy was a married man and a father. Therefore, Leroy had very good reasons for fleeing from that whole situation that was unfolding before him. I’m sure that his boss was fully understanding about the incident after Leroy had explained to him or her what had happened.

Different events that I have read about or even heard about indicate to me that this incident with Leroy was not something rare or unusual and that there were many more teenage girls out there who were exactly like that one young girl who had made sexual advances at him. American society simply doesn’t want to believe that teenagers who are legally too young to vote in any election are capable of putting their moves on an adult who is significantly older than them in an overpowering manner.

Self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts live in the delusion that adults who find themselves in similar situations as Leroy always have the necessary defenses to deal with those kinds of situations, but, unfortunately, that is not always the case. The probability that Kristin Barton holds this same delusion in her mind could explain why she is no longer a Behavior Analyst.

Out of all the people who participated in the above-aforementioned Quora forum, Ms. Barton's response was probably the most poorly thought-out one of them all. She undoubtedly lives in her make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection to the exclusion of reality.

1.  The Entertainment Industry Is Not Honest About How Sexually Aggressive Adolescents Can Manipulate Adults

Both the American television industry and the American movie industry appear to focus less on depicting the reality of middle-school and high-school teenagers actively seeking trysts with older adults, and they appear to focus more on demonizing any and all adult men who may show non-Platonic interests in adolescent girls (12 to 17 years old). None of us have to search very far or hard to find evidence of this fact. All that you have to do is watch the 2006 movie titled Hard Candy starring Ellen Page and Patrick Wilson or the 1981 film titled Fallen Angel starring the late Dana Hill and Richard Masur.

This deceptive trend has also made its way into the television industry and the movie industry of other English-speaking countries in the industrialized part of our world. For example, the very first episode of the Canadian series titled Degrassi: The Next Generation was mainly about a 12-year-old girl meeting up with an older man whom she had initially come into contact with in an online chat room. This man had tricked her into believing that he was the same age as her. If any of you don’t know what this same television series is all about, it is the 21st century offspring of the television series titled Degrassi Junior High and its successor Degrassi High that aired on television back in both the 1980s and the early 1990s.

In the United Kingdom, there is currently a soap opera called Coronation Street that has been airing its episodes on television since the year 1960. This British soap opera has actually been on the air longer than the American soap opera General Hospital has been so here in the United States of America. General Hospital first premiered on television back in 1963. It is interesting that, to the best of my knowledge, no episodes of Coronation Street have ever aired here on American television, because this British soap opera has been in existence even longer than EastEnders has and the Public Broadcasting System (“PBS”) here in my nation began showing episodes of EastEnders only two years after it first premiered on British television in 1985.

I initially found out about Coronation Street only a few years ago as I was browsing around on YouTube. Now, I’m not going to badmouth this same British soap opera, because even I have to admit that I have found it to be very entertaining and even more interesting than some of the American soap operas that are still on the air today. However, at the same time, I am going to point out the fact that this same British soap opera eventually followed the same above-described deceptive trend that many other television shows and movies have done in other English-speaking nations.

Back in the summer of 2001, Coronation Street devoted a large amount of its airtime to building a storyline about a teenage mother named Sarah Platt who met what she believed to be a 19-year-old man named Gary in an online chat room and later found out that he was really a middle-aged man after she went over to his residence to meet him. Like the typical clichés that you see in other television shows and movies that follow this same deceptive trend, Gary was made out to be an overly gentle and understanding man who eventually went berserk on Sarah after he realized that she didn’t want to have a non-Platonic relationship with him. If you’re curious to know what exactly happened in those same episodes that focused on this same storyline, here is a YouTube video containing them.

A Fictitious Teenage Mother Named Sarah Platt Meets A Man Named Gary In An Online Chat Room In A Soap Opera Drama

Now, I’m not going to deny that I found these same episodes of Coronation Street to be full of drama and excitement insofar as I could not stop watching each one of them from beginning to end. There was indeed a considerable amount of suspense in all of them as well, and I’m sure that this same British soap opera received the kind of ratings for which it was striving. However, there is still no getting around the fact that these kinds of television shows and movies paint a fairly ugly picture of every adult man who has ever fallen in love with an adolescent girl as opposed to actual reality.

Some of you self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts out there are likely going to shout from the digital rooftop about how wrong you believe that it is for an adult man to arrange to meet up with an adolescent girl below the statutory age of consent for the sole purpose of having sexual intercourse with her. Well, I never said that it was right. In fact, I can understand why people get up in arms about such situations, because I read all about the tragedy involving Amanda Todd that took place in Canada not too long ago; and I’m not mindless of why so many individuals are signing on as Chris-Hansen copycats throughout Canada and in parts of the United States of America.

At the same time, I am going to stress to everyone reading my article here that most adult men who take a non-Platonic or extra-Platonic interest in adolescent girls (12 to 17 years old) are nothing like many of these oddballs you see in these YouTube videos who get caught meeting up for sexual intercourse with decoys disguised as teenage minors after they have spent an exorbitant amount of time chatting online with one of these vigilante groups posing as middle-school and high-school students.

To say that every adult man who has ever fallen in love with a teenage schoolgirl or has even had one iota of non-Platonic interest in an adolescent girl over 12 years of age is just as much of a predator as the sexual deviant who drove Amanda Todd into committing suicide is kind of like saying that every African-American male is a hardened criminal solely based upon your observation of an African-American male getting arrested for armed robbery on a television news show.

The television and movie industries don’t feel that they have an obligation to be completely honest about depicting real-life events as they are, because they’re in the business of making money rather than pursuing any kind of humanitarian cause for the benefit of society. It’s as simple as that.

2.  Online Vigilantes Are Not Always What They Appear To Be

If you have read all or most of my previous articles on this writing platform and on other ones, then many of you are probably going to ask me why I have not posted an article specifically about my opinions and impressions regarding online sex-sting operations and vigilantes who seek to expose adults publicly who attempt to meet up with underage girls for sexual intercourse after contacting them on the Internet. I haven’t done so, because I have mixed feelings about these crusaders, so to speak; and I know how explosively crazy they can get with anyone who may even slightly disagree with them on juvenile-justice-related issues. Some of them have even stated in their YouTube videos that you were either against them or with them, which doesn’t leave very much room for neutrality on anyone’s part in these people’s arrogant opinion.

I find it interesting that some of these vigilantes have even made their way over to all the decentralized writing platforms. Because they will, therefore, have the ability to post comments on these same writing platforms where I have accounts, I don’t want to provoke any of them into pulling me into a heated argument over something upon which I know that they will not even agree to disagree with me. These individuals are very dead set on believing that nothing exists outside their dogmatic bubble.

Nevertheless, I have watched many of these vigilantes’ videos on YouTube and have seen how they set up their online sex-sting operations to catch adults who attempt to meet up with underage adolescents for sexual intercourse via the Internet. I know all about Justin Payne, YouTuber Anxiety War, the different Canadian chapters of Creep Catchers, and all these other vigilantes and vigilante groups who call themselves “pedophile hunters,” which is somewhat of a contradiction to their actions and causes inasmuch as virtually none of the decoys who zero in on these suspects on the Internet pose as pre-pubescent children but rather as adolescents of either middle-school or high-school age.

If these same vigilantes simply limited their so-called heroics to preventing another Amanda-Todd-style tragedy from occurring and focused on the public safety, I would be the biggest fan of all of them. However, one of the major problems that I am having with these vigilantes is that many of them take their activities way too far and turn their missions into pedophile-panic political campaigns with the emphatic objective of demonizing every adult man over 21 years of age who has ever fallen in love with or has even had non-Platonic feelings for an adolescent girl between 12 and 17 years of age.

These vigilantes completely deny that adolescents can and do become sexually active by their own volition and stray outside their peer circles to seek gratification in that manner. Sometimes I begin to wonder what kind of childhood and adolescence many of these vigilantes had.

I’ve seen YouTuber Anxiety War talking about high-school girls as though they were still wearing diapers and eating Gerber baby food at dinnertime. It can get very disturbing watching him talk in this manner. I begin to question what kind of adolescence this man had, because sometimes he sounds like someone who has lived a very sheltered life rather than someone who is streetwise enough to be conducting online sex-sting operations.

The major problem that I continue to have with these individuals is that they have wrongfully encouraged needless hatred toward each and every adult man who has ever formed a relationship with an adolescent girl regardless of whether these men have gone down the route of having a strictly formal courtship with their underage girlfriends or have even gone through the proper channels to marry these girls to make their relationships with them completely legal on a consummated level. They simply refuse to believe that non-exploitative adult-adolescent relationships have ever existed and continue to exist.

These vigilantes have also encouraged self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts to brainwash others into buying into their make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection. These vigilantes appear to worship spin doctors and charlatans like Dr. Ray Blanchard and Dr. James Cantor, because they know that these two jokers are attempting to further their agenda. At the same time, I am not going to overlook the fact that many of these vigilantes have done good things as well.

I heard that Justin Payne once kept an 8-year-old boy from being raped. I once saw a YouTube video from one of the vigilante groups in Canada who stopped a middle-aged man from sexually molesting a 6-year-old girl in the future.

If these people would focus less on Lolita-style indiscretions and more on actual cases of sexual predation of children, I would even consider sending them cash donations. However, many of them simply don’t adhere to a reasonable code of conduct, and, for that reason, colossal problems and even tragedies needlessly ensue.

One would think that the tragic events regarding Chris Hansen’s ordeal in Texas back in 2006 would cause these vigilantes to be more careful about how they go about conducting their online sex-sting operations as described in a YouTube video that I embedded in Part G of my article titled “The Great American Controversy Over Underage Marriage.” Unfortunately, most of them don’t seem to have the common sense to drive that extra mile of the way.

What I find even more so disturbing about these online vigilantes is that most of them have police records for crimes involving drugs and violence. Therefore, most of them are not the cream of society.

Also, many of them are not educated in the psychology that goes behind their kind of work. Most of them believe that pedo-shaming anyone they please is going to make our planet a safer and better place to live than it is despite how unwarranted their actions may actually be. It won’t.

If I were to come face to face with any of these online vigilantes, my most pressing question would be whether or not any of them would be brave enough to travel to South Africa to stop all these Zulu gangs from raping, torturing, and even murdering Afrikaner children, mainly toddlers, during home invasions. You might be surprised at how many of these vigilantes would be reluctant to give me an immediate and direct answer to that same question.

I, therefore, find myself questioning the genuineness of these individuals or rather the lack thereof. At the end of the day, if these online vigilantes truly wanted to wage war against child abuse and its likes, they would be pushing legislators to reform the inheritance laws throughout the United States of America. That is, at least the American ones would be doing so.

Because I am not an attorney licensed to practice Canadian law, I don’t know what the inheritance laws read in Canada and I, therefore, will not comment about them herein. However, I would not doubt that even Canada’s inheritance laws might have room for improvement.

In any event, if I choose to go into any more details about these online vigilantes, I will do so in the form of another article at another time. My article here is not about these online vigilantes and what they do per se. My article here is mainly focused on answering the question in its title.

3.  Adolescent-On-Adult Sexual Victimization Is Not A Myth

There is this one online vigilante for whom I have a great amount of respect, because he actually appears to have a set of standards to which he adheres in his fight against Internet dangers. I find it admirable that this same gentleman actually drove the extra mile of the way to obtain a private investigator’s license so that he could perform his online sex-sting operations legally. He is more about the public safety than about merely showing his face on camera and gathering publicity.

When I saw this same man speak on YouTube, unlike other online vigilantes, I was able to tell that he actually had an education; and he had also traveled to other nations. He doesn’t present himself as someone who has a shady past or has psychological problems or anger-management issues as some of the other online vigilantes do. When he was still on YouTube, he went by the user name of 21st Century Man.

Not too long ago, I came across a video on YouTube of 21st Century Man in which he questioned a video that a man named Robert Robinson posted on YouTube claiming that children have been known to rape adults on a widespread scale. Unfortunately, 21st Century Man no longer has a channel on YouTube. In any event, herein I will go ahead and describe that same former YouTube video of his.

Robert Robinson is currently on the Maine sex-offender registry, because he got into trouble with the law for impregnating a 13-year-old girl back when he was 24 years old. The 13-year-old girl whom he got pregnant gave birth to a baby girl, and she kept the baby. Therefore, Mr. Robinson currently has a daughter for whom he is financially responsible.

I have seen a great number of Mr. Robinson's videos on YouTube out of curiosity, and he is not a bad father as far as I can see. In fact, in one of his videos, he complained that he did not appreciate anyone filming his daughter or something to that effect.

Mr. Robinson obviously is still in contact with the young girl he got pregnant when she was 13 years old. He is now in his thirties, and this young woman is now in her twenties. In fact, I believe that he has a rapport with his baby mama, because he and his baby mama appear to share custody of their young daughter and they seem to keep in regular contact with each other. Therefore, I do not believe that he forced, coerced, or even groomed his baby mama into having sexual intercourse with him back when she was 13 years old. Otherwise, his baby mama probably would have sought to terminate his parental rights through the proper legal channels a long time ago.

In view of all the above-described facts, it seems that the only reason that Mr. Robinson had to serve time in jail was because his baby mama was below the statutory age of consent in Maine when he got her pregnant, which was 16 years old at the time. I would not even be the least bit surprised if both he and his baby mama had wanted to get married immediately after they had found out that they were about to become parents together. Of course, the parents of Mr. Robinson’s baby mama obviously did not approve of him and were unwilling to allow him and their daughter to go through the proper legal channels to make their wedding happen.

Now, I’m not going to make Mr. Robinson out to be Goldilocks. He does nothing to hide the fact that he is way out there in left field as far as left field can possibly take him. This man has been in trouble with the law since the first time he went to jail for his liaison with a 13-year-old girl who is now his baby mama.

Mr. Robinson has been caught taking pictures of young girls out in public whom he doesn’t even know. It is clear to see that this man is not playing with a full deck. In figurative words, he has been to the moon long before the astronauts landed there. After you watch so many of his videos on YouTube, you will understand where I’m getting at.

After finding out about Mr. Robinson’s life story from watching his YouTube videos, what immediately comes to mind are all these men on the Internet who post about how they engaged in daring sexual acts with their girlfriends back when these girls were only 13 years old. Then these same men immediately insist that they themselves were also 13 years old back when they engaged in those same daring sexual acts with their then-13-year-old girlfriends. Yeah, right!

These same men were all probably either in their twenties or older when it happened as Mr. Robinson was when he got his baby mama pregnant. They only wanted the opportunity to brag about their taboo indiscretions on the Internet and make them appear to be age-appropriate, so to speak, to steer clear of any trouble with the law. Don’t believe everything that you read on the Internet if it doesn’t come from a trusted source of information.

Nevertheless, it concerns me that Mr. Robinson may have been a normal person before he went to jail for getting his baby mama pregnant when she was 13 years old. He served a modest amount of time behind bars. However, it would only take a very short time in jail or prison for a man to be raped, and I find myself suspecting that Mr. Robinson possibly fell victim to that kind of atrocity while he was incarcerated.

This is the reason why I do not feel that the criminal justice system here in our nation should be permissive about rape behind bars, and American society needs to stop acting insensitive about it. This national disgrace is not turning individuals like Mr. Robinson into better people, to say the least.

Also, please do not try to sell me on the idea that Isaac Frausto is actually a better person than Mr. Robinson merely because Isaac Frausto was the same age as the 13-year-old girl (Maddie Lambert) he got pregnant at the time that he got her pregnant. Mr. Robinson probably treats his baby mama much better than Isaac Frausto has ever treated Maddie Lambert.

If you do not know who Isaac Frausto and Maddie Lambert are, you can read all about them in Part 3 of my article titled “Are All Teenage Fathers Pedophiles?” Isaac Frausto is the kind of baby daddy that makes me wish that our nation would draft deadbeat teenage fathers into the military on their eighteenth birthday.

Every time I see a YouTube video of Maddie Lambert describing any difficulties that she has had with him in the past or any that she is currently having with him, it makes me think of the lyrics to the song below.

The Song Titled “The Day I Found Myself” By Honey Cone

Anyhow, in YouTuber 21st Century Man’s above-aforementioned video, he is found providing his ideologies about how adults should deal with sexually aggressive kids. I don’t agree with everything he said in that video of his, but I do feel that his video was well worth the time. After most people watched his video when it was still up, they were probably able to see that he was having a difficult time finding anything on the Internet that proved that a child had raped an adult and was convicted for it.

After I read the comments section of that same video on YouTube, it became obvious to me that some of 21st Century Man's viewers were having a difficult time in trying to determine how he was defining the word “children.” Was he also talking about adolescents or was he strictly referring to prepubescent children who were in nursery school, kindergarten, and elementary school? It brings to mind the true story about the Hispanic woman in the parking lot of a B.J.’s Wholesale Club that I described in my article titled “Teenage Girls Don’t Wear Diapers.” :-)

YouTuber 21st Century Man reached out in his video to his audience to ask them if they knew of any case in which a child had raped an adult and had been convicted of doing so. Now, because I don’t know exactly how he was defining “children,” I could nor give him a straight answer to his question.

If 21st Century Man was talking about pre-pubescent children, I would have responded to his question that I knew of no case in which a child had raped an adult and had been convicted of doing so. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that 6- and 7-year-old boys are not into sexually assaulting adult women and are not even capable of doing so. However, if he was talking about adolescents, then I feel that his question definitely deserved the full-blown response that I’m going to give it herein and he is entitled to any evidence in that regard.

Before I provide him and all of you with that same grocery list of cases in which pubescent and adolescent minors have sexually victimized adults, I want to make one point clear. I am not posting my article here to badmouth or disparage teenagers in general. In my humble opinion, most teenagers here in the United States of America are decent individuals and law-abiding citizens. The same goes for pre-teens.

The rundown of sex crimes that adolescents have committed against adults pertains only to the lowest of the low among that age group, and it doesn’t represent the regular behavior and conduct of most teenagers and pre-teens here in our nation or anywhere else for that matter. Brace yourselves, because I’m now giving you that same grocery list of such sexual atrocities that adolescents have committed against adults.

YouTuber 21st Century Man? If you are reading my article here, I hope that its contents answer your question thoroughly. Here it is.

So many years ago, I was reading through a series of law books from different state jurisdictions. As I was reading a law book from the Commonwealth of Virginia, I came across this one unusual case from the 1800s in which a 16-year-old boy had been charged with Unlawful Seduction for luring a 21-year-old woman into having sexual intercourse with him.

According to the details of the case, the young boy never forced or coerced this woman into having sexual intercourse with him. The sexual relationship was completely consensual. However, because of some strange law that had existed on the books for that particular state jurisdiction back then, this teenage boy was charged with a crime for becoming sexually involved with this woman. I don’t remember what the outcome of that whole criminal case was.

Most of us would find such a criminal case to be laughable, because, in this day and age, the 21-year-old woman would have been charged with a crime instead of the 16-year-old boy inasmuch as the statutory age of consent in the Commonwealth of Virginia is 18 years old. Anyhow, unlike this story about the 16-year-old boy, you will find that the following true stories I’m about to describe to you are definitely no laughing manner.

I once stumbled across a news story from the mid-1980s about a 14-year-old boy who brutally raped and killed a 21-year-old Jamaican woman in the subway of New York City. If my memory serves me well, I vaguely remember that it appeared in Time magazine. I was never able to find that story again. However, what is particularly bothersome is that there are so many stories similar to this one to be found on both the Internet and in news archives here in the United States of America.

In 1987, a 15-year-old African-American girl named Tawana Brawley falsely accused a group of Caucasian men of committing a racial hate crime against her in the form of a gang rape. Both Reverend Al Sharpton and fallen actor Bill Cosby conspired with her to publicize this hoax in an effort to cause a nationwide uproar.

Now, I’m not going to speculate what went on behind closed doors between Ms. Brawley, Reverend Sharpton, and Mr. Cosby. However, if Mr. Cosby had wanted to coach Ms. Brawley on how to describe the phony gang rape to the authorities, the press, the media, and the public at large, he would not have had a very difficult time doing so in view of the fact that he served time in prison for rapes that he committed himself. He would have known exactly what to tell her to say.

Ms. Brawley may not have been charged with any sex crimes for what she did. However, her actions would still have constituted Filing A False Police Report or some other kind of similar criminal charge. She ruined the lives of the men she falsely accused of raping her. One of them even committed suicide because of what she did. Evidence later surfaced that she had been lying all along.

In the mid-1990s when I was watching the evening news in Los Angeles, California, a local story aired on it about a 17-year-old boy who had drugged and raped a 46-year-old schoolteacher. The teenage boy had subsequently accused the woman of statutory rape and she was arrested because of it, even though he was the one who had raped her.

Luckily, justice prevailed and the truth came out. The 46-year-old woman was acquitted, but, unfortunately, the teenage boy was never charged with a crime. You can find all the details regarding that news story in Part G of my article titled “The Great American Controversy Over Underage Marriage.”

In the late 1990s, I once heard a news story on the radio about a 14-year-old girl in New York who fooled a 23-year-old man in an online chat room into believing that she was 19 years old so that he would have sexual intercourse with her. Later on, she went crying to one of her family members about it, and they contacted the police to have the 23-year-old man arrested for “statutory rape.”

Now, even though the young girl did not legally commit a sex crime, she did a substantial amount of damage to this man by misleading him to believe that she was above the statutory age of consent in New York and luring him into bed with her. The statutory age of consent in New York was 17 years old at the time. I don’t know what events took place afterwards, because the American press and the American media buried this news story shortly thereafter.

In 2000, an 11-year-old girl fooled a 23-year-old Salvadorian man named Vladimir Chacon-Bonilla into believing that she was 17 years old, and she convinced him to have sexual relations with her after misleading him into believing that she was above the statutory age of consent in her state jurisdiction. In Maryland where she was residing at the time, the statutory age of consent was 16 years old. The story was all over the news back then, but the American press and the American media both buried it not before long.

Mr. Chacon-Bonilla was arrested after the young girl’s mother caught him and the young girl both naked in the young girl’s bedroom. However, after the judge who presided over his case learned the full circumstances of what happened, he gave the young man a light sentence.

Unfortunately, this outcome did not sit very well with feminists and child advocates who believed that this man should have received the maximum sentence. In any event, even though the 11-year-old girl did not commit a sex crime according to the law, her actions to deceive Mr. Chacon-Bonilla about her age caused this man a great amount of needless humiliation and embarrassment. Not to mention, he ended up with a police record, among other things.

In 2007, a gang of teenage boys broke into the home of a 35-year-old Haitian woman and committed a series of sexual atrocities against her and her 12-year-old son in West Palm Beach, Florida. Among the assailants were Nathan Walker, Avion Lawson, and Jakaris Taylor who were all three between the ages of 14 and 16 years old, and they were eventually arrested and prosecuted. None other than Reverend Al Sharpton came to these punks’ defense. I guess that he had figured that he had not caused enough trouble with the Tawana-Brawley matter up in New York back in 1987.

In 2008, a 13-year-old Florida girl named Alisha Dean set up a MySpace page on the Internet in which she presented herself as a 19-year-old divorcee so that she could lure adult men into having sexual intercourse with her. After two men had sexual intercourse with her, they were subsequently arrested and charged with statutory rape despite that Ms. Dean had misled them to believe that she was over the statutory age of consent in Florida. The statutory age of consent in Florida was 18 years old at the time.

Even though Ms. Dean did not legally commit a sexual offense, her actions still unleashed a great amount of misery into the lives of these young men whom she tricked into having sexual intercourse with her under the deception that she was legally an adult. There were some people who believed that she should have been charged with a crime, and there are still people who feel that way to this very day.

In 2010, a 14-year-old Ohio boy named Alex Ramirez robbed and brutally raped a 64-year-old woman in her home. He was convicted of the crimes when he was 15 years old and sentenced to 28 years in prison as well as deportation subsequent to serving his time in prison.

The details of this same news story can be found in a YouTube video that I embedded in my article titled “Idaho Wisely Rejects Underage Marriage Bill.” He was the youngest minor ever to be tried as an adult in his county for the heinous crimes that he committed.

The United States of America is not the only nation in the world that has this problem. Also in 2010, a 13-year-old boy named Balal Khan raped a 20-year-old woman in front of his friends as she walked home. This crime took place in the United Kingdom. After the boy was arrested and brought to court, the judge gave him a light sentence.

In 2013, a 14-year-old boy named Philip Chism raped, robbed, and murdered his 24-year-old math teacher in Massachusetts. He was eventually arrested, tried, convicted, and sent to prison. His sentence was at least 40 years in prison.

In 2014, a 14-year-old girl hooked up with a 19-year-old Indiana man named Zach Anderson on the Internet, and she deceived him into believing that she was 17 years old so that she could convince him that he was safe in having sexual intercourse with her from a legal standpoint. Afterwards, Mr. Anderson was charged with a crime pertaining to his liaison with the young girl, and he was prosecuted for it.

Even though he had no idea that this young girl was only 14 years old at the time of his tryst with her, the laws in Michigan where the sex took place did not allow for him to use an ignorance-of-age defense against a charge of statutory rape or the likes. Fortunately, he only had to serve a modest amount of jail time.

Unfortunately, Mr. Anderson also had to register as a sex offender with the state of Michigan, and there remained the possibility that he would be on the sex-offender registry for the following 25 years. These events caused a great amount of difficulties for him.

Luckily, the 14-year-old girl attempted to right her wrong by contacting the judge presiding over Mr. Anderson’s matter to let him know that she had lied to Mr. Anderson about her age and that she felt that he should not suffer any punishment for the sexual intercourse he had with her. Her mother backed her up in her efforts to make this situation right. Eventually, Mr. Anderson’s name was removed from the Michigan sex-offender registry.

Even though the 14-year-old girl did not legally commit a crime, her deceptive actions unleashed a whole host of horrors against Mr. Anderson; and his life was never the same again. The full news story for this matter can be found in Part G of my article titled “The Great American Controversy Over Underage Marriage.”

During that same year, a 34-year-old woman named Delisha Barg in Baton Rouge, Louisiana was walking home one night while she was drunk, and a 16-year-old boy offered to walk with her to ensure that she got home safely or so he said. After the young boy got her into her residence, she became unconscious. The young boy then raped her while she was out cold.

Ms. Barg did not find out about what had happened to her until the police showed up at her front door with an arrest warrant for unlawful carnal knowledge of a juvenile shortly thereafter. That’s right. Here she was the victim of a heinous sex crime, and she was being charged with one inasmuch as her rapist had pressed charges against her for something that she did not do.

I continue to find similar disturbing stories like this one throughout the Internet. A woman who fell victim to the same crime and the same miscarriage of justice when she was 20 years old complained in an online legal forum that she had to register as a sex offender because of it. Her male assailant was only 14 years old.

As so many other women do, this 20-year-old woman probably had thought that the statutory-rape laws in our nation were flawlessly perfect and served a positive purpose for everyone. I am one who never likes for a woman or anyone to find out the hard way that they aren’t. For that reason, I write articles like my article here.

This same woman posted her complaint on the legal forum in 2018. Therefore, this incident only took place less than a decado ago.

In 2017, a Mississippi boy named Remy Harvey was sentenced to 25 years in prison for raping an adult woman, among other things, back when he was 13 years old. Some critics of this matter complained that this young boy was tried as an adult. I was just happy that he had been tried at all and SENTENCED to time behind bars for what he did. Too many underage punks are getting away with these atrocities.

YouTuber 21st Century Man was having a difficult time finding these stories on the Internet, because fact has it that they are usually not that easy to find. The American press and the American media seem more determined to sell the public on news stories about precocious 14-, 13- and even 12-year-old boys getting their 35-year-old middle-school teacher pregnant than ones about pubescent and adolescent minors sexually victimizing adults. Therefore, I have to post these kinds of articles here on my Blurt channel to bring about public awareness of these reprehensible incidents.

4.  My Conclusion To This Topic

The title of my article here serves the purpose of showing how our society lumps pre-pubescent children and adolescents in together in answering some of those most complex questions regarding sexuality. The real question that we all need to ask is whether adolescents are able to victimize adults in a sexual manner. However, this is a question that often gets set aside inasmuch as it delves into sensitive issues that American society simply doesn’t want to address up front.

While it is completely understandable that laws exist on the books to protect the children and the youth of our nation from adult predators who may wish to do harm to them, there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the ills of our society in that respect, especially whenever it pertains to pubescent and adolescent minors. Even though American society confronts the ongoing confusion over when childhood actually ends and what the definition of a child really is, we must not allow ourselves to become blinded to the brutal realities of adolescent-on-adult rape and the likes.

The press and the media here in the United States of America have behaved irresponsibly with this topic in that they continue to give very limited attention, if any, to newsworthy stories about pubescent and adolescent minors as young as 11 and 12 years of age either committing heinous sex crimes against adults or misusing the statutory-rape laws to wreak needless havoc upon the lives of unsuspecting adults.

Let’s all start taking an awareness of what really is going on around us here in our nation and stop living in a 1950s time warp, especially in light of the fact that the majority of us who are reading this article here of mine had not been born yet in the 1950s. The American television industry stopped filming episodes of Leave It to Beaver ages ago. Let’s stop pretending that our culture is an ongoing episode of that same television sitcom.

We must not allow self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts to trap us all in their white-picket-fence fantasy world or their make-believe world of age-appropriate perfection. We all must make every effort to be smarter than them.
