An older article but a good illustration of how overtaxing the rich can be a bad thing and why simply calling something a right doesn't make it so...especially when that so-called right requires labor from others.
First politicians set up a punitive taxation system that actually disincentivizes people from working and some of the most important workers in society at that (i.e. doctors). Then these same people have the arrogance to call healthcare a right. As if simply labeling it that ensures timely, quality healthcare. You might as well call being rich a "right" as well.
