So what backwards, 3rd world hell holes surpass the U.S. in number of mass shootings? Well, they include countries like Norway, France, Switzerland and Belgium among others. The U.S. comes in at 10th or 12th depending on if you are counting frequency of mass shootings or the number of deaths as a result.
