Yemen Army announced it is now blocking the Bab el-Mandib Strait in the face of all the ships of any country heading to or coming from Israel until food and medicine enter Gaza.
In a statement, the spokesperson of the Yemen Armed Forces Brigadier Yehya Sarei said:
'After succeeding in blocking Israeli ships from crossing through the Bab el-Mandib Strait, the Yemeni Army will target any ship heading to or coming from Israel until food and medicine enter Gaza.'
The spokesperson warned all ships from any country dealing with Israeli ports that it would be a legitimate target for the Yemen Army with immediate effect.
Yemen enforced a blockade on Israeli fully and partially-owned ships confiscating some of them and bombing others in retaliation to the systematic Holocaust Israel is waging against the people of Gaza.
The latest escalation comes after the US and Israel resumed their war crimes against the besieged Palestinians in Gaza and after the USA vetoed a ceasefire resolution approved by 13 other member states of the United Nations Security Council with the UK abstaining.
Worth noting that China runs Israel's main ports and now despite its friendly words toward the Palestinians, its business with Israel continues as normal including high-level diplomatic relations. Let's hope no Chinese ships will be bombed trying to bypass the Yemeni blockade.
