In a calculated escalation of pressure on Israel to stop its holocaust against the Palestinians, especially in Gaza, the Yemen Armed Forces announced they seized an Israeli ship crossing the vital Bab el-Mandeb strait.
The ship, Galaxy Leader, owned by an Israeli company registered in the Bahamas was an additional step taken by the Yemen Armed Forces after firing missiles and drones against Israel in response to the Israeli undisputed war crimes and despicable systematic holocaust against the population of 2.3 million civilians mostly children in Gaza.
Lebanese prominent journalist Hala Jaber explained in a Tweet:
❗️An Israeli ship named “Galaxy Leader” has been seized by Yemen’s #AnsarAllah (#Houthi) in the Red Sea.
❗️This evening spokesman Yahya Sarae renewed their warning to all ships affiliated with #Israel, or those who are dealing with it, declaring them legitimate targets for the armed forces of #Yemen.
❗️ In a recent speech before today’s incident Abdul Malik al Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah said they were monitoring the Bab Al-Mandab & Red Sea & wouldn't hesitate to target #Israeli ships.
❗️A leader from the Houthi group informed Al Jazeera earlier today that their forces have brought an Israeli ship to the shores of Yemen.
❗️The ship had 22 people on board, according to reports.
❗️The Galaxy Leader, is said to be owned by Israeli businessman Rami Unger & registered in the #Bahamas.
❗️Israel claims that the ship “is not Israeli ”, even though its owned by an Israeli company.
❗️It is important to note that numerous Israeli-owned ships are used by foreign shipping companies globally.
An official of the Yemeni government Muhammad Al-Bukhaiti said:
“We do not fear the enemy’s response, but rather we fear God’s punishment if we do not support Gaza.”
Yesterday, Israel committed another major massacre bombing the Al Fakhoura School in Gaza hosting hundreds of refugees displaced from their homes which were destroyed by Israel in northern Gaza, the heinous massacre killed 300 civilians most of whom were children, in addition to all the previous massacres Israel is given green light by its Western sponsors to commit.
Worth noting that the targeted Al Fakhoura School is run by the United Nations UNRWA organization.
Aside from the retaliation to the US Israeli ongoing holocaust against the Palestinians, Israel was a major party in the US Saudi war on Yemen for several years; Yemen has all the rights to defend itself.
Israel, on all accounts and under international law, has no justification to claim 'self-defense' being the occupier, while the Palestinians, Lebanese, and Syrians have all the rights to resist the Israeli occupation by all means possible.
