An incredible experiment happend in Shanghai where drones formed a QR code in the sky. TV ads, billboards are things of the past, the future of marketing will be fueled by drones.
Recently, 1500 drones have flown in the Shanghai sky to commemorate the first anniversary of the japanese game in China, "Princess Connect! Re:Dive". The impressive dance of the drones brought to life the characters of the game. The choreography ended with a huge QR code in the sky, determining the watchers of the dance to install the game on their smartphones.
FilmFreewai said on Twitter that it gave Blade Runner 2049 vibes.
The spectacle of lights with drones are the perfect intersection between art, science and technology, and of course, marketing. The popularization of this spectacle was especially done by Intel, who did them around the world, from the Super Bowl break show to the Winter Olympic Games.
