Nobody needs a thing from the US or the EU, we just want them to stop stealing our oil and wheat, and not to block the banking systems worldwide which prevent us from dealing even with central banks in China, Russia, and Iran, until these 3 countries link their banking SWIFT-like systems together and then we can join.
