I should have seen that! Are you running it through a bubbler to isolate the generator from the burner, to avoid back flash?

It looks solid and well built. Do you know what Browne gas volume it produces?

I was in automotive engineering for 30 years, and grand prix racing before that, I like to make things that maximize their potential :-) Me, you and @rycharde would make a great team for making things.

I'm in, LOL, I have several dozen patents and working on more. The machine shop supports my electronics bench...keeps me busy!

I'll need to follow him, I enjoy live minds!

I didn't recognize your generator, because I've been concentrating on immersed cells, and not sealed ones. Both have advantages, but both are good gas sources! The jar flow rate unit, will let you compare different versions of this generator, with hard numbers.

I still like the heating use!

5 liters per minute at 12 volt and 20 amp, which is the lowest setting, not took it to 24v as yet or 30 amps.

That's a lot of HHO, and you metered it quickly! Good to hear; that should get you a lot of heat, for 240 watts of power....

Dry generators originally were intended for engine fuel, so 12 volt drive's not surprising. I have a heater made for propane, so I need to look at conversion. I wonder how many BTU's are in 5 liters of HHO?

Life sure isn't boring!

I used an empty liter bottle and filled it in just under 11 seconds, did not take much time out of my day. Camping nozzles and LPG nozzles/jets is where I am looking to get it perfected, I hope, trial and error and all.
No idea re BTU's.

Yes it goes through 2 bubbler's, unsure total output, nothing to measure it with, I just use my eyes and adjust nozzles/jets to suit, and vary it, by November it will be perfected.

If you fill a measured jar with water, then run the hose inside that bottle; the HHO will drive out the water as it is produced. The time it takes to empty the bottle, will give you flow rate.

You can use this to compare production rates for nozzles or other changes.

Sounds like a plan, cheers brother, will do it after I finish painting my latest motorbike restoration this weekend.

Excellent, after you post bike 'before and after' pictures, LOL!

My latest article shows it down to bare frame, the photos of before do not exists as it came in boxes lol.

Nudest frames? Sounds wild, LOL! I spent the day doing demo work on the homestead! Good progress today!

Naked frames = kinky, except when it is a motorbike frame :-)
