Everybody has a lot to explain from the top down and all of the so-called allies, friends, and more so, foes. Everybody lost despite some are celebrating right now inside the country and outside and in each camp, maybe the war criminals you mentioned are for now wining, but we all know nobody ever has raised a beast and survived the beast's wrath, and they just propped up so many beasts in the groups that are in control of Syria.
