Went for a little walk through one of Londons most beautiful parks, just in time to capture golden hour, the most magical time of the day. The weather is turning a little here as we move from summer to autumn it was nice to get one of those beautiful sunny days and golden light backlighting. I only had my phone with me but think I captured some of the beauty none the less.
They have this little park called the old English garden, which was originally laid out in Victoria Park in 1916, but had become unloved. In 2012, a National Lottery grant allowed it to be re-planted. I love it now anyways lol
They also have the angling lake where the birds are pretty friendly and don't tend to even bother moving when you sit next to them.
I also collected a few conkers for my house since they are known natural spider repellents and I have been seeing one too many false widows lately, after my little run in with the last time I defo wouldn't mind them packing their bags and moving elsewhere! It isn't actually scientifically proven but folklore says if you leave them in the corners of your house the spiders will stay away due to a compound in the conker.
Good afternoon. Lots of beautiful, sunny nature. Autumn is always a special time of the year, I mean it looks somehow brighter. I also can’t walk nearby so as not to take a photo of the place where I walk, it has become a habit. Thanks a lot for the positive post. Good luck to you and good mood.
