... spent the early hours of this morning in the garding breathing in some aof that good prana. (Thanks Ralph).
It's the longest day of the year and the beginning of summer in the north. The days will hence forth get shorter and as a reminder that winter is coming.
It's also a reminder that all things are seasonal and cyclical. There's a time to be born and a time to die. We have bull runs and bear nosedives. Whatever the case is now, things will turn around eventually. We need only know this, survive, and live the experience.
