A simple, non-prescription solution to most skin problems.

First, I'm not a doctor; but I can show you the most common uses, plus my own experience. That said, most skin problems begin internally. Your skin is the largest organ you possess. When you have contamination the body is having problems disposing of, it often dumps them out to the skin. This weakens the skin, and allows fungus and bacteria access; usually causing rash and itching!

I ran into this myself several decades ago, and went to the doctor for nasty creams and some pills. None worked at all in six months! It would wake me up at night, and sometimes it seeped so I had to wear an extra shirt.

Hunting season arrived, and one of the things I have always done is to use tar based soap. The deer can't smell a hunter that way, because pine is a normal smell there. To my surprise, the rash cleared up totally! THAT'S when I started researching what happened....

I use this brand:

I've no affiliation with this company beyond being a happy customer! I found that this brand is less offensive than most soaps, but they all will work in a similar fashion.

The root cause is still internal, and usually diet related. More fresh and raw foods, and reduced sugar and processed foods will be a more long term solution; as well as being good for you! Drinking filtered water, also will help remove contamination; so drink heavily.

I now use this soap all year long, and my doctor thought I'd changed doctors, ROFLOL!

Since I'm a preppers too:

This is about a third of my planned inventory, so I need to get more purchased soon!

The soap is a light brown:

Here's what you'll find on the shelf:

Store these in dry conditions!
They are less than $6 here...for now, but give DC a little more time!

Description on the side:

This is a recipe from 1878, so it's pretty well tested.

Ingredient list is short:

Pretty good list!

I gave a bar to my wife's home health nurse for her husband, because he was fighting skin problems too. His problem was gone in about a week, and she's buying several more bars for his showers! She was thrilled, he had fought it for about a year; and had just about given up....

Brilliant, thanks!
I haven't used a "normal" (toxic) toiletry product in many years.
However, I also not a steep rise in pseudo-naturals! I mean, a minuscule amount of natural ingredients plus a ton of the usual shit! toiletries, drinks, snacks etc etc.

This one seems to do a good job across the board, so I use it as a preventative. No idea how many problems I've avoided that way!

Moving away from sugar and processed foods, is another way to avoid problems. So I do both...as you do!

Stay safe!!!!

I can vouch for this company's pine tar hair conditioner. I've used it for years. But I have never seen the soap. I used pine tar soap made by a friend against lice on my puppy. Worked really well. I think this product, or the like, should be in every home.

This soap will come in very handy for monkey pox.

I didn't know about their conditioner, I'll have to look!

Your friend wouldn't want to post that recipe? I'd love to see it!

It should help with monkey pox, too bad we can't wash away the DC politicians funding monkey pox research the same way....

👍🤠💗😭

If everyone started using it, there would be far fewer rashes of any kind, and so, far fewer rashes that could be diagnosed as monkeyfauxpox in the first place. Because you can be sure that every rash will suddenly be the deadly monkeypox, and even poison ivy rashes will disappear from the stats.

Yes I'm adding them to my prepps👍

Good thing to keep handy! Nice first aid item since it covers a wide range of problems.

It's good when a post helps others, and it's amazing when it helps half way around the world?

Keep on prepping, look like we'll need it soon....

😭👎🤬🤮🤢

Pine sap is a natural antimicrobial. Antiseptic. Makes sense this soap would be wonderful. Can also boil the inner bark and use the infused water as a rinse. Pine trees ( evergreen trees in general) are useful for so many things, never cut one down.

There are many acres of pine trees out close to the homestead. I will use only what I need, so it won't add a major load to that Forest!

White pine needles make a vitamin loaded tea. Not my favorite herbal tea, but good for fighting scurvy!

Yup need vitamin C for scurvy prevention as well as in the winter to protect against respiratory infections. Great there are some within walking distance.

I will plant some sea buckthorn too, they handle winter well, and they're very high in vitamin C too...we're covered, LOL!

It's not perfect out there, but it's close!

Did you see the truck post? More free capability!

👍🤠💗😁🌿

Yeah I did. SWEET!

I hope it's as good as it looks right now! It will definitely pull that heavy skid steer, which is what we need.
