Introducing yourself at Blurt

Excellent blurt community, My name is Eric Edelweis, I am an Indonesian resident in the state of Aceh, I am currently 32 years old and I am starting my stage as a high performance athlete, I am a rugby player and I also practice gymnastics, I am a part of a young practitioner's project of the Street Exercises that some of my friends are doing.



I have always loved sports, as a training method I use gymnastics, I have always been a supporter of physical training, I have practiced various sports for 5 years such as Baseball, Football, Volleyball and gymnastics It became this that I went in search of health, and a good physique . I am currently focusing on preparing for a diet program, with gymnastics with the nutritional process and joint training of both sports to work on gaining volume, definition, strength, endurance and agility, adapting several training sessions from different disciplines. And always improve yourself to be a better athlete.



I am a hospital worker in the field of machinery, this specialization learns everything related to the machines that are there, I studied at the Lhokseumawe polytechnic, during my student days, I learned everything that until now was useful for my professional life and gave me the tools to be a good professional.
