Yes, the FLCCC alliance recommends yoga as one of the therapies for removing spike proteins.

Some YouTubers set their videos to only allow viewers from their own country. Other people get a gray screen and the "not available" message. We don't even get to see the title of the video so we can go look it up elsewhere :(
