Thank you, yes I agree, my plan to apply for getting it is always set aside, but I realized that I have to get it as well because I have to present it to the dialysis center that I am hoping to get transferred into. I guess that it is the fastest form of ID in our country because we can get it within minutes, well maybe faster for my case as a PWD and my mother which is a senior citizen, plus employees and the guards helping me around to get it done.
