We are sticking with the #Nineties this Saturday morning! Picking tunes from the band NOFX and there 1992 album “White Trash, Two Heebs and a Bean” 💿
Rare we pick all our tunes from one album but this album is great song packed. Considering it was recorded in late 1991 when the offspring sucked and Green Day hadn’t considered fame was possible. Well my point is this album helped what was to come in 1994 and the mainstream success. NOFX was offered the same deals Green Day was but declined. The way this 1992 album paved the way for fast catchy melody filled punk is heavily underrated. This album has alt rock radio hits, potentially anyway. I’d say if Green Day recorded these songs there would be 5 radio & MTV Hits. But NOFX said fuck you! Don’t play our songs (Literally) that said it doesn’t take away from the influence this record had!
