Fresh oyster mushrooms target local consumers or those around the cultivation area, while processed preserved mushrooms target a wider market, both domestic and export. although currently very few are engaged in the export market for oyster mushrooms, so the opportunity is very open. In general, preserved oyster mushrooms for export are dried oyster mushrooms, pickles, pickles, sauces, soy sauce, pasta, flour, chips, crackers, nuggets, etc.

The oyster mushroom market is wide open, ranging from traditional markets, supermarkets to exports. The important thing in marketing this oyster mushroom is the packaging and preservation technology.

If the target is the nearest traditional market, it is enough to bring it in an open basket or pack it in a plastic bag. The size of the packaging varies to get a lot of consumers from various circles.
