Baby is taking some long naps these days so I get to enjoy plenty of crap on Netflix! Wooohooo!
The plot of Doomsday seemed somewhat interesting so I figured to give it a try. Starts as yet another 'super virus/epidemic film* where hero needs to find cure..takes a sudden turn and ends up being a Mad Max wanna be film, lmao.
Plenty of gore, plenty of action, good pacing and a mediocre acting result in a fun yet silly film that you won't even remember watching after a couple months.
Not a must watch but you won't hate your guts for watching it, like with most movies on Netflix. Rhona Mitra is also quite hot so there's that too. A good option if you have run out of...options😅
I'll give it a 5/10. A solid meh!
