How Your Thinking Influences Your Action

in motivation •  2 years ago

When you think of the way you make decisions, do you think of yourself as the thinker of the situation? If you do, you may be creating an outcome that you will regret later. Think of how you would react if you were not in a certain situation. Do you feel guilty for making a bad decision? Would you be upset if you were told you had made a bad choice? If so, you are not alone.

You are the thinker of your thoughts
The first step is to understand that all things are predetermined, and your thoughts are no different. Thoughts arise without any control on their own, tricking you into thinking that you are the creator of them. Your thoughts are the result of cosmic convergence, and your ego claims to be the creator of them. Therefore, you cannot claim to be the thinker of your own thoughts. Rather, they are simply the results of cosmic convergence.

You are the thinker of your actions
It is common for people to believe that thinking precedes action. The question is, "What is thought?" This answer is controversial, but there are several grounds for believing that thinking precedes action. While the act of thinking is an impersonal process, human actions are highly personal. As a result, we have a tendency to misinterpret these impersonal processes, believing that thought precedes action is an inaccurate assumption.
