Always be prepared for badtimes

Not all people in this world are comfortable all the time. That means our life is not a flower bed. Each of us has ups and downs in our lives. And we have to go through these. We all know this kind of inspirational or motivational thing. But the reality is that none of us believe in our own case.

But the reality is that we can only accept the time of happiness. And we can enjoy happy times. But after happiness comes sorrow. Then we cannot accept that moment. Rather at that moment we think of ourselves as the saddest people in the world and we become the most frustrated. As a result, that time gives us a lot of pain. Even this sad time cannot be tolerated by many. As a result, they choose the bad path of self-sacrifice.

We all know that after sunset, at a certain time interval, the sun rises again and illuminates the whole earth. Sadness comes in our life for a temporary period of time and at certain intervals the sun of happiness rises in our life again and illuminates our life. But even if we know this particular word or the ritual of the world, we get frustrated or feel very sad. It is very difficult to control oneself in true sorrow. But we must remember that we will not always have a good time. There will be some bad times. And we must always be ready for this bad time. We need to keep our morale strong as much as possible without breaking down at that time.

There are no powerful people in the world, or the most powerful people, or the richest people, or the greatest doctors, or scientists, who have never had a bad time in their lives. In other words, every human being in this world had to have a bad time. We are no exception. So we should not be broken in bad times. So we should be aware of this in advance, that is, we should be prepared for bad times. At the same time you should take care of yourself in bad times. We should, as much as possible, explain to ourselves that we will not have this bad time in our lives at certain intervals. It may seem impossible but nothing is impossible if you want it from the heart. That requires our mentality.
