It's so obvious that Galactic "Rulers" are fighting over this planet...

I often wish it were a little bit more obvious. I know they are out there, and have had mu own experiences, like many, but the exoteric field is so scattered with so many differing messages that one becomes disenchanted when trying to discern who is who.
