To those who watch the market, Tesla joining the S&P is old news. But that happens December 21, and the stock has been running up in anticipation. Is TSLA over valued, in my opinion yes, but that doesn't mean you can't make some money. The buying from the S&P funds either will take place on or after December 21, and I did a call calendar to try and take advantage of it.

Position:

I bought the 19FEB21 660 for $8,330 or 83.30 a share

I sold the 24DEC20 660 for 3,705 or 37.05 a share

This leaves me with a total of 4625 in the trade with a profit target of 5% or 231.25 dollars.

I am currently down 65, and have a theta of 179 which is the dollar amount of decay in the options. https___s3apnortheast1.amazonaws.com_pshexftnikkei3937bb4_images_2_5_9_9_286599521engGB_RTS2XGNG.jpg
