👉 Mobile phones have now become indispensable in our daily lives. The advantages of its use are numerous, some of them are :

1. Communication from anywhere at any time: Through mobile phones we can contact anyone at any time, stay in control of the situation.

2. Access to Information: Any type of information can be accessed through the internet, which is helpful in many of our tasks.

3. Online Entertainment: Gaming, broadcasting, social networking – all have made mobile phones online platforms as the mainstay of entertainment.

👉 However, there are also disadvantages of using mobile phones :

1. Waste of time: Numerous mobile apps, social media, games etc. are time wasters.

2. Health effects: Long hours of sitting in front of a mobile phone can affect daily work and vision.

So, while the use of mobile phone is necessarily associated with it, its use should be kept in moderation.
