I am sure you can guess the place by looking at the first picture if you're a Sri Lankan. This is Coconut Tree Hill. If any tourist visits Sri Lanka, I am pretty sure this place is on their bucket list because it's famous. If you don't know, Coconut Tree Hill is in Mirissa Area.
Since this is our first visit to that place, we had some trouble finding the correct location due to Google map errors. Anyway, with the help of some people, we were able to reach the destination.
But unfortunately, it's a bit difficult to reach the location due to not having a proper road. We had to go through some difficult areas. As I heard we had a good pathway in the past. Due to some Land issues, those areas have been divided into separate lands and blocked the entrance to the place.
As in the above photo, this is the easy part after you come across the difficult hill part. I couldn't take a photo of that path because my both hands were used to hold the fence.
After entering the place, you can see the view above. On that day, there were not much crowd. So we had space to go to the right place to take some photos.
Since it was a sudden plan to visit Coconut tree hills, we couldn't spend much time there. But what I felt is, The old beauty of Coconut Tree Hill vanished because of the current fences which diving the land area.
After leaving the location, we went to the final destination of our trip to Mirissa that day. I will share in the next article about our final destination.
Nice place! The feels is very relaxing.
Yes. Love to spend time there.
A wonderful place! I believe that there is not even a shadow of pollution
You're right. In that place, I didn't see any pollution even without there isn't any team to clean.
