I remember a long time ago I played a mmorpg called tibia and there it was possible to buy houses, I thought that was really cool. An environment where only you could enter and store your items.
Many years passed and with the Metaverse hype, it reminded me of tibia. Some say that the sale of digital land will be a failure.... But if it's like a game like Tibia, I believe it has everything to go right.
The only problem I see will be if they restrict only people who have VR from entering the metaverse world, then it might fail, since few people have VR glasses.
I just hope they add utilities to anyone buying a house in the metaverse, in addition to the ability to have private chats.
The dream is the NerveGear, reality can be a letdown hahaha.
