✨ Day 01/365 ✨ of positive reflections and self-care

😍Let's talk about today 📝
Very slow day overall. I felt great during the morning, made lunch with my dad, then watched my partner's stream and joined a movie session on Justice League. I also got some editing done and I'm proud of the results. In the evening I felt the need to take it all for myself and have been stretching, showering and meditating. I'm now journaling but I still feel somewhat the need to look after my mental and physical health. There's lots of thoughts going through my mind, mostly about work, and I really want to just switch it off for the rest of the night. I will think about it tomorrow as I deserve rest and self-care right now.

I'm very grateful for all the amazing moments spent with my partner and the personal growth I had through the years.

I'm looking forward getting up, making breakfast and have a good workout to start the day,
