Meditation is a beneficial part of training. Taking time to sit in zen is something that most people will benefit from.

Meditation doesn't need to be deeply spiritual, but it can definitely serve as a means of mental focus and settlement. When life gets chaotic, taking a moment to recollect our thoughts can bring clarity and focus back into perspective.

Sitting, stretching and meditation are great ways to achieve a tranquility and better connection between body and mind.
