Before I proceed have a nice day to everyone here and this is my blog about what we do and our snacks in the office with my officemate we mashed boiled bananas. Mam Kathy , Ara and are the ones who prepared the mashed banana. We really enjoyed doing this and full tummy after.

It Start by peeling your boiled bananas and placing them into the mortar. Using the pestle, gently dug ,dug down and rotate, breaking the bananas into smaller pieces. Our own Ingredients : cooked banana (kardaba), sugar , margarine and condense milk .
