When are we actually ready for marriage?

This is a union we never really get time to talk about. No one teaches guys how to get a wife and no one teaches a woman how to get a good husband. We all make our choices and at the end of the day, we don’t have anything to say about it. Should we get time to talk about it or we should just let it be?

As a child growing up, I was made to know sex isn’t accepted if that particular person isn’t married to you. As I grow, they never did tell me when I should start getting ready to be married. They never gave me the chance to listen to their experiences to learn from them. They never gave me the chance to learn and know how I will choose a wife when that time comes. I will also run the trial-and-error thing hoping it succeeds. Can we live by this or we should start planning and reasoning towards it?

I’m here today to let us all know the realities on the ground. Marriage isn’t about being successful or being able to see your possessions. When you start thinking about it, that’s when you will be read. Until you make up your mind to get married, you will never be ready. There is no known age for starting the preparations for marriage. Take the step and Allah will see you through.

I will say when a child becomes an adolescent that’s when they should start thinking about marriage. Know yourself to know who will be compatible with you. The character to the specs you will choose. Then will you make your ingredients ready and wait for a day until you will get the chance to cook them. That’s by getting married.

There isn’t any age for marriage. Be bold and you will say you are getting married. The number of years you know a person does determine how successful a marriage will be. but put value in it and even when it’s a day old, you will have a feeling in your heart that you are with the right person. When you are with them, then eternity will be a smooth road will wish to embark on without even turning back.

We shouldn’t stay back and say old people are marrying. Let’s take the step. Let’s find that person you are willing to stay with even with their flaws. Find love, when you do, marry because in our part of the world it isn’t easy to discover it.
Let’s get married. Time isn’t on our side.
