A Market Famous For Its Fried Food

Good evening to all of my friends who are part of the market Friday community. This is my first contribution to the community. I'd like to thank my The terminal friends who advised me to post here.

We're all no strangers to fried snacks. I believe that these foods exist in all countries; however, each country may use different ingredients. This time, I'll show you some photos of fried snacks from my neighborhood.

Bananas, tofu, tempeh, breadfruit, and other fruits and vegetables are commonly used as raw materials for fried snacks in Indonesia.

There is a well-known shop in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Fried foods available at the stall include fried bananas, fried stuffed tofu, fried tempeh, and fried breadfruit. The shop's name is ["Pisban Apakir"](!pinmapple 5.572541 lat 95.364660 long Pisban Apakir d3scr) Pisban is an acronym for Banana and Bandrek, and Apakir is the name of the owner, Muzakir.

Bandrek is a traditional Indonesian drink flavored with ginger, pepper, lemongrass, and other spices. Bandrek possesses body fitness properties. It is best enjoyed when the weather is cold and is usually served while it is still hot.

The delicious flavor and crunchy texture of the fried foods sold at this shop are advantages. Because of these benefits, many people are willing to wait in line to purchase fried foods from this establishment. His company has been in operation for a long time, and due to a large number of supporters, this company was eventually made a branch.

Raw materials for bananas and breadfruit are imported from other regions and carefully selected for quality. Tofu can be found at the local market. Tofu, which was originally raw, was fried half-cooked before being filled with carrots, bean sprouts, long beans, and a variety of spices. Then fried again with a flour dough and ready to serve.
Meanwhile, other than the seasonings in the flour mixture, bananas, tempeh, and breadfruit receive no additional seasonings.

Here are the photos of the fried foods that I was able to capture:
