Bahan-bahan
- 400 gr daging kambing (potong sesuai selera)
- 2 cm laos (geprek)
- 2 butir cengkeh
- 1/2 sdt kelabet (bs diskip)
- 1 btng serai (geprek)
- 500 ml santan
Bumbu halus :
- 6 butir bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 1/4 merica sangrai
- 1/2 sdt pala
- 1 cm kayumanis
- Garam gula dan kaldu bubuk
Cara Membuat
Rebus dulu daging sampai empuk dg 1000 ml air.. kemudian potong daging sesuai selera.. (kuah dicampur dg parutan 1/2 butir kelapa tuk dijadikan 500 ml santan)
Tumis bumbh halus brsama laos, cengkih, kelabet, dan serai sampai harum dan matang
Lalu masukkan daging aduk sampai berubah warna.. tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit trus diaduk biar santan tidak pecah masukkan garam gula dan kaldu bubuk secukup nya.. masak sampai bumbu meresap dan daging matang sempurna.. angkat dan sajikan
