How to Make Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake

Crush Lotus Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag hack and rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
