I don't call them anything - I'm prepared to entertain multiple ideas - but more than anything I'm pointing out (once peel away the obfuscated mysticism) a social control mechanism. One that you can observe within multiple societies such as Rosicrucianism - where they allegorise the control structure as being the sons of Cain, the sons of Seth, and the son's of Abel.
