Today I Benched 225 lb x 2 and I could have done 3. I felt very efficient on the lift and it even surprised me. I wanted to preserve my CNS (Central Nervous System) for further on down the line when I'm attempting maxes in a month and a half.
My body is responding very well all things considered and I unfortunately know the reality. I have to be 110% of what I was in 2022 which is damn near impossible but I'm going to do it regardless.
On flat bench I've been adding 5lb each week to where I'm at and I'm up to 260lb. I have done 225lb for 9 reps so far. It will be tough to hit PRs in those lifts without letting my body weight go up towards 230lb. Feel like it makes more sense to be at 220lb for the next two months and then really button up my diet even more to be around 210lb at the end of April.
Another piece of the puzzle falls into place.
Steak and Eggs, Steak and Eggs, Steak and Eggs
I feel that the optimal diet would be eating deer or elk or buffalo that had been running around an area where there isn't farm chemicals. Eating pheasant or free range chickens and their eggs. Ones that have been in a natural environment eating bugs and worms and stuff.
Then some naturally grown, blue berries, raspberries, Concord grapes.... etc.
Getting enough carbs in your bloodstream for energy would be the tricky part. Grow some oats and make some oatmeal and grow your own potatoes and sweet potatoes. Grow some green peppers.
Drink some human breast milk straight from the tits but only if she is eating like this and didn't get the covid "vaccine".
I'm saying you are trying to be a legit badass putting premium octane in the tank. Lifting heavy, getting plenty of rest. Be some sort of mythical creature like Liver King tried to be but with out the $10,000 worth of steroids he was taking each month.
I hope this helps. 85% of men are just giving up. The bar is too high at this point.
You have to be 10 Times greater than your grandfather to get a woman 10 Times worse than your grandmother. Let that sink in.
