Living a Life of Frustrated Potentiality?

in life •  2 years ago

Frustration arises from unfulfilled potentiality. This is an underlying latent power that has not yet manifested itself. Frustration fueled by powerlessness is a fast-track to depression. A better approach is to embrace the power that you already have, rather than fighting it.

Anger that is powerless evolves quickly into depression
If you feel that you are struggling with depression or anger, it's a good idea to seek out a support group. These groups can help you cope with your feelings and learn strategies to deal with them more effectively. You won't be told that your feelings are bad or that you need to control them, but you will spend time with others who understand and care about your struggles.

Depression often leads to angry outbursts and lash-outs at others. These outbursts can exacerbate negative feelings and make it difficult to control oneself and manage anger effectively in the workplace. Anger issues can also have a negative effect on a person's relationships, causing problems both at home and at work.

Embracing who you are
Embracing who you are means accepting where you are and not comparing yourself to others. You are the only one who knows where you started and the obstacles you've had to face, and only you can measure your progress. You have to make that choice and live your life the way you want to live it. As poet Robert Frost once said, embracing who you are is taking the road less traveled.

When you are experiencing a life of frustration, you may not be fully embracing your magnificence. You may be holding on to old beliefs that keep you from fully accepting yourself as a divine manifestation. For example, you may believe that the laws of gravity and electricity do not apply to you, but they do. These laws of nature always work regardless of whether you believe them or not.
