Today was super fun attending a sober rave with @petrapurple and @beelightfully. It’s a sober rave wifh lots of spiritual things going on like sound baths, breathing workshops, yoga etc. If you do your pennance in one of the roles for an hour you get to go in for free. I was a hugging angel, having to hug people on entry. Most of my friends know I couldn’t hug at all when I was younger. I was very blocked and at school when ppl hugged me I would stand like a stiff robot, I can’t think I ever hugged anyone back then out of choice. I had to just force myself to do it and it did get slightly easier but then getting more involved in the spiritual community I suddenly ended up surrounded by serial huggers and people who wanted to hug at every opportunity. I always felt very awkward but bit by bit it became easier.
I was offered this hugging role a few times before but turned it down twice for another role. I think the universe has been trying to get me to do it for a while! So it came back round again and I got this role for the last two events, I think my friend keeps putting me on 2-3 when the event closes at 4 lol so no one comes in. I think she’s sort of thinking Sarah is shit at hugging but she needs this so I’ll let her do the period when only 3 people come in lol. But jokes aside I think I’m much better now and give quite a good hug and the roles are fun as you get to meet new people and have a giggle. Thanks to Petra for capturing some photos!

I only hug friends that i will probably for a long time or never see again .
That said , i hugged a lot of people the last five years , some only now realize why i gave a hug when i left .

I had a chat on telegram with him and he is fine , his dogs are fine ,.. something about storms and a collapsed building on the project's land ,. things gone , guitar broken and not really clear if he is still involved in the project , but my best guess is he is not .
So now , i will over him 4000 blurt in his account , to start on blurt ,.. i hope if he accepts and i do my promise made here ,. other will chip in a few blurt to ,.. 1 or 10 or what ever , i am not the norm .

I couldn't work out exactly what movingman was trying to get across in his last two posts on hive. Sounds like the land thing isn't working out. Great to hear he is fine. I'm happy to give him some Blurt if he starts posting here.
Had contact with him , he's to busy surviving now , as the project seems to have stopped at the land his stuff was . Storms and mud-slides have destroyed a building , he lost lots of stuff , he and his dogs are fine and on there own again for now . He will start posting again in some weeks ,. where he didn't know yet ( hive - blurt), first some decent internet and a better device was needed to . I just send him the 4000 , he can use it as he sees fit , even cash it out , it was the least i could do for now .

I might do this kind of quest comment thing again somewhere some day ,. its fun .
Might change the approach , i will announce the quest in a comment giving the OP time to gather competitors . A second comment with the actual guest will follow with in a certain time frame , not clear but i think about this as not the whole world is awake 24 hours . so a long time frame will be best i guess . like 24 hours maybe ? The prize gives good reason to shout out to followers to join the quest , and ill promise ill keep platform drama out of it for it is for fun and engagement .
Why would i ,..spend blurt on this ? ,.. it's to support the free thinkers still on here and to lure the ignorant to our views . So they might get some light in there eyes to .
I might end up with a empty wallet in the end , but having no coin's has no influence on my right to speak ,.. it makes me more objective and not invested , so can honestly speak . ;-)
