I'm back! Kinda LOL

Wow. I am sooooooo sore. But, I have us unpacked for the most part. The killer was going up and down those 3 flights of stairs to get moved out of the old place. Never again. Repeat after me.... never again will I live on the upper floors of buildings!

So, I am getting settled in and should be back to my normal routine soon. I just caught up on curating and getting the Information War community caught up.

For the most part, the move did go nice and smooth. I really like the new place and it is so quiet!!!!! I have yet to hear even children playing or walking through the neighborhood to come home from school! Could it be I am in a neighborhood filled with elders? That would be awesome!

Glad you like the new place! Quiet is good. I find nowadays there's a lot of weird noise in residential neighborhoods. Humming, vibrating, buzzing, weird electronic tones. Sometimes really loud, shaking the whole house, no idea where it's coming from. Other times they're quiet, only heard at night (and during moments the fridge isn't rattling!) Haven't been able to get away from all the weird noises for several years now. Better than a toddler screaming and stomping back and forth above you, though... count your blessings? :P

I have been hearing about this over the years online. Especially from people in Canada and people in the northern part of the United States.

Oh yeah? I wonder if anyone has a similar experience to mine. Hard to find out, since most people would never post online about it, and if they did, it would be pretty much impossible to find it.
I've had it where the whole house shuddered noticeably, generally in the middle of the night (I'm a night owl). Windows rattle, floor creaks, walls shake. Sometimes a few times during the night. Anyone awake nearby must surely feel it. But never heard anyone talk about it.

Here is one of the news stories. I had to dig some for it..... https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2016/03/07/strange-hum-canadian-city-windsor/81453386/

I remember seeing other cases also near the lakes between the US and Canada on the US side reporting the same thing. I can't find the news story on it now but I remember it was around Lake Huron. So that's north of Detroit too. Many people think there is a deep underground base project going on. I remember that being the talk online. I think people in Ohio reported similar things too if my memory serves. I have not experienced anything like it here in Iowa and my family has not in Syracuse, NY.

Ohhh, thanks for the link. I don't think it's just in Windsor...
I don't remember ever hearing anything like that as a kid. Fireworks, thunder, maybe the odd gunshot. Not rumbling humming buzzing sounds coming from all directions at once.

I never heard of such things when I was a child either. Nor when I was online all the time in the 90's like we talked about before, I have been online a long time and people were not talking about things like this then.

Hmmm, yeah. I think there are a lot of new technologies being tested and used, including some against the civilian populations in the West.

notices proximity to Alaska....*

You can never be too paranoid... lol
