The Be Grateful Everyday Journal is a 6-week course to develop an attitude of gratitude every day! It's a self-help journal designed to assist you to reflect on the good and identify the many things you're grateful for every week. Each week's spread contains: A brief description of each day's assignment, goals, and memorable personal habits. Activities and opportunities for daily gratitude are also included for variety.


A common complaint that people have is "Not being grateful every day." For those who experience this problem, it can be very easy to give in to that sense of helplessness. When we start to see that there's no way to get everything we want or experience all the wonderful things we want, we may shut ourselves off from the possibilities of more good things. It's helpful to remember that nothing is impossible. When you cultivate a frame of mind that is hopeful and grateful, you'll open yourself up to positive experiences that will help make your life richer and more meaningful.

The Be grateful everyday journal helps you keep in touch with your gratitude every day. Each entry includes a description of what you're grateful for that day. It can be a list of good things that you're happy to experience. You can also write about the beauty of your world and how you're feeling about everything around you.

There are certain things to include in your entries. " thanked" and "saddled with gratitude" are two good ways to describe the feeling of gratitude. Other things to note down include the colors of the flowers you chose for your special day and any personalized messages you wrote along with your wedding invitation. Your gratitude for good things won't do you any good if you don't acknowledge them. Writing down what you're grateful for, will help you keep in touch with the good things in your life.

Another way to adopt a thankful everyday pattern is to be mindful of your thoughts and actions. If you find something that you're grateful for, focus on that today. You can start a gratitude journal by writing down your thoughts and actions about something that you're grateful for, even if it's something that has little meaning in your daily life. For example, when you greet your morning coffee, note the color of the coffee you get, the smell of the coffee, the smell of the grinds, and the taste of the coffee. Focus on appreciating each and every change in your daily life to adopt gratitude.

You can take this a step further and create an affirmation of gratitude for the changes in our daily life to adopt gratitude. Write down a list of things you're grateful for in your daily life, focusing on each and every change you've made. When you finish the list, write down a short description of each feeling or thought that came to mind as you listed those things. Once you have your affirmation written down, print it out and keep it close to you at all times. You'll be surprised how much the power of positive thinking and the written word can benefit your life.

Finally, be grateful for the things that you have now. Count the number of things you own, appreciate your friends, and look forward to special moments throughout your daily life. When you have more than enough gratitude in your life, it will show.


Be grateful for the thoughts and actions you choose to bring into your life each day. When you want to attract more success, you must focus on the choices you make. When you focus on your thoughts and feelings about each day, you create the reality of what's going to happen. Be grateful for the thoughts and actions, you have every day, and you will attract more of them. And soon, you will find that you are more appreciative of everything around you.
