How to Visualize Yourself As You Want to Be Happy!

The easiest way for you to visualize yourself in an ideal place is to imagine what you want to be. Everyone has a fantasy or goal they would love to fulfill. Now, how can you make that fantasy a reality? By visualization I mean to visualize your future as you desire it to be. How is that accomplished? By thinking about and doing things that help you visualize yourself in the places that you want to be.


For example: Let's say you want to have more money so you can buy that new car you've been wanting. You need to visualize yourself driving it around town and being rewarded for your good deeds. The first thing you will need to do is tell yourself how much you really want to be rich.

Now, you need to decide how you will get there. Will you travel? Buy that new car? Think about the benefits of these things and how you can get them into your life.

Now, you have to visualize the way you want to be. What are the things that make you happy? What are the things you are grateful for? Do you like to volunteer or are you skilled in some area that you feel proud of? These are all things you need to bring into your mind and make real.

Now, you have to figure out what you are going to do about getting there. Do you want to get driving lessons so you can drive yourself to work or school? Do you want to learn to fly planes? Whatever it is that you decide to do, just make sure you do it! Your goals are what will keep you motivated and making progress toward your goal.

Now, let's get down to business. How do you want to be seen by other people? Where are you going to get dressed and put on makeup? How are you going to get attention from everyone? These are all important questions to ask yourself and make sure they are all answered as well!

Now, when you have decided all of this, you have to get down to putting it into action. Take some time to envision how you want to see yourself. This may include pictures of how you want to see yourself at different times. Make sure that there is something behind everything you want to do or say and it helps to keep a mental picture of what you want to do or say in your head.

You have to set goals and then you have to work towards achieving those goals. If you want to lose weight, you will have to take some sort of action, no matter what that might be. The best way to do this is to make sure that you have a goal in mind and then you will have to follow through with it. Visualize what you want and work towards it. It will really help you to achieve things in life if you just use your imagination properly!

You also have to make sure that you have the determination to see your goals through. There will be times that you might not feel like doing anything, but then you must push through and make it happen. When it comes to achieving your dreams, you must be determined. It will take the right attitude from you in order for you to succeed. If you do not have the right attitude then it will be very difficult to do anything!

Another step is to create a plan of action. You must have a plan on how you are going to go about seeing your dreams. You do not want to waste time! Create a plan of action so that you can make sure that everything is in place.

Finally, make sure that you have a reason why you want to do these things. People often do things because they have a strong emotion involved. Having a good reason to act on your desire is always a great thing!


Now you know how you can use visualization in order to achieve your goals. You need to be consistent with your visualization. Visualize yourself doing the things that you want to be happy! Make sure that you are following your visualization consistently and you will soon start seeing results!
