These are people who will buy a car coz they like the colour.

Trump you.

Had a guy install some pipes in a house, to divert the runoff from the roof to the back of the yard behind which was a pond. OK, not hard, run the pipe along the garden wall then down the other side. I come back...

... he installed the pipe diagonally across the whole garden at face height!!! WTF. This is not retarded - this is a different species.

I made him do it properly.

WTF. This is not retarded - this is a different species. 😂😅😂 I have seen it all over there, two guys on a moped in Bangkok with a ladder over there heads/necks, sticking out 5 feet front and back, any accident, no heads left, and the name on the ladder was rung lol.

That's just fatalistic - different to being dumber than a coconut shell. But I doubt it's just here... but need such stories from other countries.

Planting the wrong trees next to houses seems to be a good one. I went to see one house... they had built an extension that was slowly sliding into next door's garden... looked at the ground and was made of solid roots. Looked around... the house next door had been abandoned coz they'd planted this enormous tree that as engulfing the house - and foundations - dunno what it was, some kinda pine... but footprint must have been 40m wide! I backed out. That tree belonged in a forest.

Papaya is another good one - I've seen it destroy walls - quite amazing the slow power of some plants to destroy concrete.

Not really seen much dumb shit here tbf. It verges on boring at times as the Polish do not tend to smile much, so I make my own fun on the farm, wheelies are fun.
They do the same as Thailand here, bank holidays everything is closed, it is like "here, have a day off to do anything you want, by the way, everything has to close."
