The concept of self-efficacy was first developed by a psychologist called Paul Rougier. He was actually using the term "self-esteem" as an umbrella for these concepts.


For many years, we have been taught that we are either born with or born into a winner mindset. We are either born with self-esteem or we have low self-esteem. When they are given the opportunity to learn to develop a high self-esteem, their lives turn around dramatically.

Through hypnosis we learn to replace all of the negative thoughts that we have with positive ones. Our subconscious mind then replaces them with positive beliefs.

In order to successfully attain self-esteem and self-hypnosis, we must first be in a state of self-conscious state. and then enter a hypnotic state. Once we enter a hypnotic state, we become more receptive to the messages that will be broadcast to us. We are able to hear messages from our past, present and future selves.

The positive messages that are sent to us can help us to overcome any fears and we can also use them to build confidence and strength. It is important to listen to these messages to keep our spirits high.

Our hypnosis and self-hypnosis sessions should be followed carefully and correctly. One must not listen to these messages too loudly or too long. Hypnosis should be used to help us and not to make us feel bad about ourselves.

It is important to practice on a daily basis before going into a hypnotic state. Hypnotism should be done consistently every day until our goals and dreams are achieved.
