Don't Complain About Things - How To Take On Life With A Joyful heart and A Positive outlook

Why do people who claim to be experts in life have such a hard time about things like don't complain about things in life? Well, I am going to go ahead and say it. You can't please everybody, and I believe that most people know that fact. So, when someone asks me about don't complain about things in life, I say, well it seems to be working out pretty good so far, for you or I.

The only problem is, when we are in a situation like this where we have to complain, sometimes we can't help but let the anger and frustration get the better of us. And when we do that, what we are really doing is not helping the other person. What usually happens is the other person gets frustrated and lashes out at the person who is making complaints. And then the complaining person turns around and says to everyone, "You know what, I just want the right to be able to say what they want to say without being yelled at."

See, that's the problem with people in business. They don't seem to realize that unless you are willing to take action when you are wrong, you won't really get anywhere. But, if you act like nothing is wrong, it is going to happen. In other words, blame game. And then the person does something that will get them into trouble, like they give into the anger and they complain. We all do that from time to time.

The interesting thing about life is that while you can't complain about things in life, you can take some responsibility for your own actions and you can learn to deal with it. Most people don't realize that there is a difference between blame and anger and taking responsibility for your actions. Most people only focus on the angry side of things. And that is what causes problems.

You need to focus on the good things and let go of the negative side of things. It's easy to criticize yourself but not someone else. You need to learn to love yourself. And that doesn't mean that you have to get rid of all negative thoughts about yourself. That would be unrealistic.

Rather, you'll simply do what is right for you and what makes you happy. That means that you'll appreciate what you have now and stop comparing it to what you've had in the past or what someone else has had. Instead, you'll focus on what you have now and what you can create for yourself. How great it feels to be loved. And appreciate the opportunity that you have - right now - to create that right situation for yourself.

Don't complain that you aren't making enough money to support yourself. If you aren't making enough money to support yourself, find a way to change that so that you can get what you want. That's not whining. It's simply recognizing that you have to look at other options if you want to be happy. For example, maybe you can start a part-time job. Maybe you can work from home instead of being chained to your office desk.

Don't deal with the negative things. Deal with the positive things - the opportunity that you have to do what is right for yourself and create something wonderful. And if it doesn't happen overnight, that's no reason to get discouraged because things will take time. And when they do, you'll know that you did the right thing. Happy holidays!

Don't complain that you aren't having enough fun. We all have times when we don't feel like doing things. We can choose to do other things. But if you feel like you're missing out on something that's worth doing, then you might want to complain about it. By identifying those things and writing them down, you can help identify the things that you should be doing and the things that you should stop doing.

Don't complain about being alone. Sometimes, a person needs to spend some time by himself to figure out what his life is really all about and what he wants to do with himself. You can certainly join an organization and get to know other people. But don't feel guilty about doing so.

Don't complain about your lot in life. Instead, discover what you are good at and what you love to do and pursue that type of activity. When you figure out what you are good at and what you love to do, then you can make sure that you are helping other people improve themselves too. In addition, you can have a great deal of fun doing it.
