This Saturday!

Saturday came faster than last time, and that made me so relieved. This Saturday, our plan was to go shopping with Harith's brother to buy some items for him. He is going to join a new course tomorrow, so we had some items to purchase.

First, we made two lists, one for mother and one for us. Harith's brother and mother went to purchase clothing items, and we went to check for the rest of the items.

The first thing we checked was a folding mattress. We visited several shops and finally stopped by Arpico, where we found what we were looking for. There were foldable mattresses of different sizes starting from 4000 LKR.

With the mattresses, we purchased two ice creams to try out the flavors. Actually, the day was super warm today.

After purchasing all the items on our list, we went to meet mother and brother. They had purchased all things other than white T-shirts with colors. The ones they found at the shop had prints on them. So, Harith and I took on the challenge of finding plain white T-shirts. We love this kind of 'find the thing' challenges and are now experts at finding them for very reasonable prices.

We could find T-shirts from multiple smaller shops in Ambalangoda, with prices starting from 2300 LKR.

We moved towards the bus station and finally found our T-shirt for 1200 LKR! There was a sale going on at Sketch, and we could find two white T-shirts as we wanted. Such luck.

By 3 pm, we could reach home with all the items.
