Laughter
Laughter is an excellent way to combat stress and improve your health. It has been found to reduce levels of stress hormones and increase the production of immune cells and antibodies, which fight off illnesses. Furthermore, it releases endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. As a result, laughter promotes an overall sense of well-being, reduces physical pain, and improves circulation. Laughter has also been shown to prevent heart attacks.

Laughter can help to ease emotional tension and build relationships. The contagious nature of laughter helps prime the brain to smile and relax, preventing the body from feeling distressing emotions. Additionally, laughter increases energy levels and improves focus. And it's free! So, why not practice laughter in every part of your life?
