Sometimes, life seems senseless. From the workplace to our own communities, we may find ourselves in a situation that makes less sense than ever before.
It's an artifact of our society that we are not at constant conflict with nature. Our natural predators have vanished. We live in an artificial environment with concrete and steel instead of dirt and trees that we occupy.
We need to tether our expectations and foundation to something real. Be it faith or a calling we need to avoid aimlessly floating in the wind. Our foundation needs to be unshakable and we need to plug in to a community we trust to make it all make sense.
Our world seeks to extract resources from consumers. We need to find something deeper to make sense of the senseless.
