One truly critical sign of growth and maturity is when you come to a point where you know what is for you and what isn't.
When you know what you can make time for and what you can't make time for. In our day and age, we've now come to a point wherein everyone is really conscious as to how they use their time and what they're involved in.
And it's probably because human beings are now recognizing that time is probably the most important commodity that we have and we can't increase the amount of time that we have. So the question of what you make time for or what you don't make time for is truly a legit question.
One of the biggest game changers for me in life was when I got to a point wherein I could boldly tell people that I can't make time for this because it's of no interest to me. So if you are someone who is very intentional about how you spend your time, then I certainly applaud you.
Well, for one, I think it becomes a problem when we start becoming unavailable for God. Wherein you are available for every other thing, but when it comes to what God has called you to do, you somehow always find a way to never make time for God.
And for most of us, we seem to have this excuse that we've made up in our minds wherein we say, I probably want to get older or something.
Sometime later, I will focus on what God is calling me to do. But for now, I have to pay attention to myself. But look, life doesn't work out the same way it does in your head.
It's high time you take the decision to submit to the will of God for your life.
