The little things of life

Receiving gifts is always a pleasure. This is the gift corner of my home, where you will see all Angels. I also call it my fengshui corner. Since I am into healing and I do Tarot reading, I do not do it professionally, but only through word of mouth, most of the times I do not charge and in return people give me gifts, which is a very sweet gesture on their behalf. And most of the times they give me Fengshui items, which I do appreciate. But sometimes it gets too much also. I also have a very strong faith on Lord Ganesha and because of that many times people give me Ganesha Idols as gifts. I tell people not to give me God idols, because I already have so many and then I do not know what to do with them. 3 years back before shifting to this home where I am staying right now, the previous one, I had many idols in my home, and then I had to give away a few of them, because anyone who would visit my home would say my home looked like more of a Temple and that's not how I want it to be.

Now being 8 years in Oman, I have a full house set up and over these years received so many gifts. Whenever I move back to India again permanently it's going to be a challenge for me to take these things. Already the home there is full and to take anything from here, I have no clue, how I will manage and where I will keep my things. I have already decided that except for my Crystals and a few other important things I am not going to take anything with me. All the God idols and so many Angel figures I am thinking what will I do, I cannot throw them away, nor can I burn them. I will check with my friends if anyone wants but then still it is stressful for me to think.

Sunday was Easter and last weekend I was doing up my house cleaning and then I found these Easter Eggs which were kept in one corner of my cupboard. A friend of mine had gifted me these 2 years back. She makes it herself, her quilling work is very fine, she is an expert in it. Since it was Easter I removed them and kept them at my Angel corner.

These Angel wings were gifted to me by a client on my birthday. It was a very pleasant surprise, because here you normally do not find such things in market.

I feel that these are the little things of life which keeps us going and makes our life interesting.
